I urge you not to use this repair shop. You can drop off your tool… It may get repaired… It may not… They may call you… They may not call you when it’s ready… Or your tool will just disappear like mine did. I was hesitant because it doesn’t look like an orderly shop, but I thought I would give it a go and that was a huge mistake. Somebody is walking off with tools and saws from this location.

Appreciated their try to fix on ryobi weedeater that wouldn’t start, unable to fix. I knew it was a long shot but I don’t like throwing things away if they’re fixable. However - they kept my weedeater and the $30 extra string pull I had ordered for it when I went to pay for their service on attempted fix, I guess I should have directly asked for it back but it was super awkward so I just left- I basically paid $20 to give them my broken weedeater :/ seem nice enough. If you have an echo or stihl they can probably help you, they came highly recommended but it’s weird they wouldn’t even offer me back my property, if they wanted it for parts they could have just asked or waived the service fee?

The owner met us at the car & before my husband could get the generator out of the trunk they started discussing the problem. The owner told my husband exactly how he could fix it himself & did not charge us anything! Service at it's finest!!

Try giving local businesses a shot before going elsewhere but was extremely disappointed coming here. Just ordered a few parts for my lawnmower and due to my work schedule had my gf pick them up and got nothing but a rude response from the owner acting like she shouldn’t even be there when he called me 2 days prior to let me know the parts where ready to be picked up. Plenty of places to shop especially with online buying taking over so good luck keeping your customers treating them that way. Will not be back and will definitely be spreading the word should’ve treated the people putting money into your business with a little more respect!
